I dropped my car off to this particular Maaco location and have had the worst experience ever! They don't call to give you updates, when you do call them it takes forever to get a hold of them if you ever do! They don't check the voicemail because it's full so you can't leave a message. I dropped my car off on December 16, 2017 and today is Thursday, January 11, 2016. I was told that it would take 4 to 5 business days for them to be done. I bought this car to sell and had a buyer. Unfortunately this Maaco still has my car, three times I was able to get in touch with them: First I was told "it's in detailing" the next time "it's in sanding and should be ready tomorrow", the third time "we had a big collision job to come up and will be backed up but it'll be ready on such and such day" which it wasn't because I still don't have my car! I've lost money by losing a guaranteed customer and two potentials because I was banking on the time they gave me and it made me look bad/unprofessional. I even put an extra week in there just in case and now my car has been there for a month! The money I was supposed to make was supposed to go toward another investment that they cost me due to me not making the guaranteed money on the car at the time that I should have had it! On top of that even after getting in touch with them and corporate, I still have yet to receive a phone call from anyone. The only time I have talked to someone is when I have called and luckily gotten someone on the phone when they chose to finally answer. I'm usually a really patient person but I must say this company has definitely "pissed" me off! When they are finally done, I refuse to pay full price or even half! This is ridiculous! I would never refer them to anyone! They have no clue on professionalism and deadlines! Thank God that I'm selling the car and that this isn't my everyday car that.I'm waiting on or else uber/lyft would make a killing off of me and it pisses me off because it could have been my only car and they seem not to care because I literally have not received one phone call/update and my car is still there! If they don't I'm first calling my attorney followed by Fox 13. I have the paperwork with the date, I dropped it off and that's all I need in my eyes! They made me take a big loss/delay so now someone else is going to take a loss!

Aside from poor customer service, the quality of the work is very good. Just work on updating your customers and comunicating realistic time expectations to your customer.

Very impressed with the customer service, and quality of work. Scott kept me informed throughout the entire process, even calling me after hours to update me on the progress. The entire staff was friendly, thorough, and took great care to ensure my satisfaction. The cost was very reasonable, and the work was completed ahead of the timeframe quoted. I will definitely return here again, and I strongly recommend Maaco to anyone needing collision repair & auto painting.
