Worst experience ever even with new management

Apr 2, 2017
I was not happy with my paint job done by John. I was quoted a price by his son to repaint my truck and get rid of all rust and scratches. The paint on the hood of my truck looks dull when I paid extra money for an extra clear coat. The deep scratches are still there and was painted over. The owner did not do all that he could to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He tried to persuade me to believe that the job would look better when the sun shines. It took me 9 yrs to paint my truck and I regret wasting my money at Econo. I will never do business with Econo again. I feel like if I was a male customer, it would've been a completely different experience. I'm truly dissappointed in the service.

Beware! They steal items from your vehicle and play dumb when you come back for them. Had to file a police report. Besides that, the paint job that we got has already began peeling a few months after the work.
