Leaking ac in new house. Eagle showed up. It took a week. But the staff were all top notch! Took care of everything needed and you never would know anything even happened. Highly recommend this place. Pam was over and above.

I purchased a brand new home and moved in in October 2017. On Jan 2nd 2018 we found there had been a leak the entire time we lived in the house and the leak had been hidden behind kitchen cabinets making it invisible until it had done significant damage. My builder contacted the work to Eagle restoration. Now at first they were really fast about getting everything torn down and getting me plumbers and whatever needed to ensure more damage wasn't done. This culminated with them removing my bottom kitchen cabinets and putting up a containment wall on the 5th. Very quick. They had to leave it to dry with fans and dehumidifiers for several days which finished with them doing an air quality test on the 9th . I didn't hear anything else or the results of the test for a week so I called my builder representative several times to no response. Finally they told me it was up to Eagle to schedule me and they couldn't do anything about it. I called around to everyone I had a number for and finally got a scheduled date.... The 25th Now keep in mind from the 5th to the 25th I had a containing wall blocking off my kitchen sink, my stove and my microwave. Eating fast food was the only option as I didn't have a kitchen. Several cabinets were removed so I had stuff scattered everywhere that had no place to go without the cabinets. And I honestly feel if I hadn't harassed them I wouldn't have even been scheduled for the 25th. So I'm pretty mad at this point. On the 25th they told me they had planned to install my cabinets, but the cabinets weren't ready yet so they would need to delay. They weren't sure until when. I pressed if this would be a next week thing or a next month thing. They said a week. 29th rolls around. No news. So I call the office for eagle and they let me know the EARLIEST they think I MIGHT get cabinets is the WEEK of the 12th. Why? Their cabinet repair man was on another project for an extended period. Here's the thing. My cabinets were ruined. When they removed them on the 5th, why didn't they immediately order new cabinets? Why do I keep having to call everyone under the sun just to know what's going on? How does anyone think it is acceptable to have your kitchen torn apart for 42 days? Why do they only have one cabinet guy? Why didn't anyone set expectations on how long this would take. I feel taken advantage of because I don't have the option to choose someone else, and they can take as long as they want apparently. I am really upset with this process from top to bottom. There is no end in sight there is still no commitment in when this will be done

Couldn't find it .....on maps....to much b.s......lack of professionalism ....lack of respect.....don't answer phones....mold still in my house...l.o l.
