i understand that it is a workman's place in this world to make as much noise as possible and disregard everyone around them, but they work a lot of apartment complexes, there are elderly, young children and people who work from home. i am going to guess that workman with that little regard to people around them, probably have little regard for their work. and from living here, i can tell you, it was the worst paint job i have ever seen. if there was a difficult spot to get to or out if sight, they ignored it. they put like half a coat of paint the walls. i have never seen walls mark up so easily. worst paint job ever. their attitude towards people around them is reflected in their attitude towards the job they do. it sucks
