Absolute worst.. Read her yelp reviews read her Google reviews terrible terrible terrible job. Not only did she not honor items in the contract but other painters came by and see that she took many many many shortcuts. Not only am I sending this review but I'm also filing a complaint with the state. Thanks Michelle :-)

DO NOT, under any circumstance, HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Hired Bob Brett and Great Home Painting in May 2015 to pressure wash and stain my deck. Found company on Angie's List and Home Advisor. Has since removed his company from those listings. Took a $700 deposit, never seen again. Won't take my calls, can't be located. I wouldn't even give this unscrupulous company one star! Can't say enough bad things about this guy!!!

NO STAR (on the above rating bar) IS TOO GOOD FOR THEM (but they wont let you post without clicking on at least on star) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! TOOK OUR DEPOSIT AND WHEN WE FOUND OUT ABOUT HIS CRIMINAL CHARGES WE CANCELLED THE JOB - STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURN OF MY DEPOSIT. AWAITING A COURT DATE FOR HIS THEFT BY DECEPTION CHARGES !!!! TOTAL LIAR AND THIEF !!!! HE IS ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH RAINBOW PAINTING .

Never hire Great Home Painting, LLC. If you schedule appointment, you’ll meet Bob – nicely dressed and polite man. Do not trust him and do not give down payment. He took my money and did not do the job. Usually I paint my house myself. However my living room is 17feet high and I hired Great Home Painting, LLC to paint it. It appeared that contractor is not capable to do the job properly and on time. Here is the story: The job estimate was $1090. Contractor demanded $300 down payment, even I provided all materials (including Sherwin-Williams paint EMERALD) – I paid. I showed contractor the paint that I wish to use and explained necessity of the ladders to reach the ceiling highest point. The job was scheduled to start on June 27 and to be finished in three days - before Holiday. Contractor appeared three days later on June 30 at 10:15 AM – the painter was sick – I understand. Contractor did not bring the ladders to do the job, since he does not have them. Painter worked from 11 AM to 2:30 PM (3.5 hours) – painter had a doctor visit. I understand also. Next day contractor appeared in my house at 11:30 AM and without the ladders again. I showed to contractor the defects from the previous day job. Contractor began to blame me: I provided the wrong paint; the sheetrock sucks too much paint; I do not understand what must be done - and demanded additional payment to eliminate the defects. I decided that contractor is not capable to do the job properly and refused its service. Contractor tells that $300 (for 3.5 hrs) down payment is not enough and began extortion and intimidating, demanding additional $250. My Independence Day Holiday was messed and I’m looking for another contractor. Wish me Good Luck.

We hired Bob to paint our house in March 2014. He took a deposit of $2400 and it wasn't until I insisted on cancellation that he sent someone out to do the job - mid-June 2014. The pressure washing was not done well - the person started and then never finished the job. We later found out this is because Bob Brett owed him money. During the course of the painting job, we had a couple of his subcontractors come to our property looking for him to collect money. Because of this, we became involved in a really bad situation where our painter was begging us not to pay him without him being around so he could collect immediately. This company is completely unprofessional and probably on the verge of going under. The painter did a good job but vowed to never work for Bob again.
