I decided to do a paint night for my 30th Birthday. I definitely recommend them to anyone. It was a last minute thing for me to put together and they really worked with me on that, considering they had to get it all ready for us. The only downfall I experienced was that they sent me a link to pick my 2 hour painting from for us all to do, I spent probably 5 hours looking through them since there was at least 8,000 paintings to look through. When I finally chose one, they told me it was actually a 3 hour painting and I would have to upgrade all of my guests for $10/each - they had sent me the wrong link. I just picked a new one. I wasn't too upset about it though, because I figured that was a possibility. The painting was a lot of fun, I love doing these! It was my first time with this company, and my first time at an actual studio. We were able to bring in snacks, drinks, and a cake (not to mention my friend showed up with balloons for me ahead of time!). She did a ice breaker type thing in the middle of it, a charade type game that I absolutely dominated at. SUPER FUN! They have a rewards program, so I already have enough points to be able to do another paint night for myself for free, I can't wait!

We had a group of approximately 12 people. Our instructor was fabulous, upbeat and funny! Her pace was easy to keep up with and helped keep it stress-free. The playlist was on point. We met one owner, who was very helpful and friendly. Overall, the class was very enjoyable and super relaxing! Will definitely go back again.

My first time here my painting was smashed in my face by the person across the table knocking over the easels ruining the painting and my clothes. I was there last night to give it a second try. The franchise manager kicked my son and I out 15 minutes into the session because kids are not allowed. When I arrived I asked the lady who checked us in if it was okay if he sat next to me and she said yes and told me where my seat was. Not only was this confusing since the staff was not consistent but embarrassing. I asked for a credit to a different class and was declined with the manager stating “well you already started painting on the screen so I can’t refund you. You agreed to the online policy when you signed up. It states it online”. We left but the franchise manager followed us out the door continuing to defend why she was kicking us out. I asked her to go back in and stop creating a scene!! WOW! As if it is not bad enough to be asked to leave in front of everyone, loose $45 but to have your child witness it. Unacceptable!! Both experiences were not good and will not go back or recommend this place to my family and friends.
