Work was done professionally and according to the time table given. We had a few issues with the paint job on the doors that needed touch up. I spoke with Alex our project manager who promised to take care of it. After ten days of not hearing from him I called customer service for the first time. I have since called customer service an additional two times. The last call I asked to speak with a supervisor (promised someone would call be back no one did). I total of five weeks has transpired since the work was completed and we have not received a call to set up a day/time to fix the problem . I believe that the work has a one year warranty but that may mean that they get back to you in a year. It is unfortunate a minor issue should end up in an unsatisfied customer. Not sure what may have happened if it was a larger problem. Guess I will get some sandpaper and paint and fix it myself.

Last week we had our family room painted. The room has a vault ceiling. Through the whole project, we were amazed at the professionalism of each member of the company with whom we dealt with. The work was completed to our total satisfaction. We were so delighted that we have now contracted to have a master bedroom painted. If I could I would give this company 6 stars.
