They have specialized representatives that give you good customer service. I loved the fact that the same day when I went to this store, I had the benefit of an special discount and I paid less for my articles. The sales representative named Marcos was very pleasant and kind with the service.

Firstly I was referred to by a friend as I’m in the process of renovating my house and painting too. Upon entering I saw this young guy, Nick C. I initially thought to myself let me browse the store and head out ( don’t judge the book by the cover). Long story short, Nick was very knowledgeable about the products and what type of paint can be used on what type of surfaces. (Both interior and exterior ). He was very hospitable, courteous and patient ( because I was asking tons of questions which he was able to respond quickly to ). Also I must say his customer service is impeccable. After my discussion with Nick I was convinced to purchase a few tins of paint, in which he offered his services to package and transport our purchases to the parking lot. Side Note - Nick also suggested the app called Color Snap which has been very useful to comparing and contrasting colors internally and externally.

The representative was very knowledgeable about the products they sell. And I was encouraged to spend because I would get a discount .
