Bob Ryder brings a large team of South American immigrants. That alone is not a problem. They work very hard and get the job done very quickly. However you might want to check if they are documented. When Bob originally completed the paint job (two coats plus caulking) on my home in only three days I was very pleased. However a paint job should last 7-10 years and now, only three years later, paint is beginning to chip and peel and the caulking has dried up and cracked around a couple of windows. I called him twice to ask him to touch these areas up, but he has not returned any of my calls. He dos not stand behind his work. He in not inexpensive.
