I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Amber Titus on 6/16. She provided excellent customer service as she guided me through choosing paint colors for my new home. Amber is extremely knowledgeable about color theory and design, and assisted me in choosing colors that would compliment the natural lighting and wood elements in our home. I continue to shop at Purcell's because of this level of service. Thank you Amber! We can't wait to show you our "before and after" photos.

The Bridge Street Purcell's paint department is top notch! I've gone there numerous times, told them about my project and they expertly helped me. They know their stuff and always treat you respectfully. I've also used their design team. One woman with short gray hair (sorry I don't know the names) helped us pick out our house colors and they came out fantastic!! She asked us some questions and brought a few samples and within minutes we had our colors. She knows her stuff! We sold our house the first day it was on the market and I'm convinced the paint color had something to do with that. That said, there is a young woman on the design team there who I've had nothing but attitude from. She acts like she knows everything, but her advice is sketchy. I chalk it up to being young, but I avoid her if I need design assistance and I will wait as long as it takes to work with a different designer. She is the ONLY negative about this Purcell's location, the rest of the folks there are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and I really enjoy working with them! I highly recommend them.
