I couldn't have asked for an easier or awesome painting experience. Normally my husband and I do all of our home improvements on our own. But because of some extenuating circumstances and time constraints we decided to hire out the external painting of our house. Parting with money is always difficult especially when we can do the work, but the painting estimate was extremely fair. The guys who painted were VERY professional and friendly. They took extra care while power washing the house and painting the house to not damage anything. The end result is absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend these painters to anyone.

We had a great experience with Wollet at our house on Kingsley Avenue. Exterior was powerwashed and painted. The final appearance is terrific, and they didn't mess up the landscaping or anything else. The last guy there forgot to put the four shutters back up, but I called Wollet and they took care of it right away.

Richard did a horrible job at our Medina home. He subcontracted it out to guys he knew, rarely checked on them and after I withheld the final $10,000 of the $30,000 bill his wife called my husband at work when I was out of town and told him I had ok'd the final payment. She faxed an invoice & my husband paid before I could stop payment. They got $30,000 of our hard earned money. Problems they caused: Painted our library doors with window panes. When they removed the paper placed over the windows someone used a blade & scratched all of the panes. Told me they came from the factory like that. House built in 1988. We purchased in 2004. Not scratched when we moved in. Did $4,000 damage to Pella windows. Did not tape off metal trim & got yellow oil paint on trim. Pella said NOT to use solvent. Painters tried to match but their paint color was off. Instead of painting the trim from top to bottom they dabbed. Now looks spotted. Was to sand all woodwork befor painting. Water damage to woodwork we pointed out to Richard was left rough & they just painted over. 1 wall in diningroom has only 1 coat & you can see their hand written notes! Used oil trim paint to touch up wall. Julie Wollet changed the paint. Contracted for Ben. Moore top of the line Royal. She changed to 3rd tier contractors paint per Summit Paint invoices & Ben Moore. Tried to stretch paint with additive. Red walls are fuzzy feeling & can not be cleaned. Paint dripped on tile floors thru out the house. Over runs of red paint on white metal Pella trim in den. Over runs on inside of windows when open Over runs on drawers when open Some trim in kitchen painted but not all. Weird. Dripped paint on marble steps in master bath. Cleaned with a solvent that etched the marble Dumped a bucket of ceiling white on brand new carpet in library then tried to suck up with my brand new Hoover Floor Mate. Didnt do the job so carpet had to be replaced. Dripped red paint over brand new wood floor in livingroom. Dripped red paint 14 ft of upstairs hallway. Did not tape down drop cloths so paint blead onto floors. Roller marks on bathroom door upstairs Roller marks thru out house on 2 story walls. Virtually everyroom needs repainted. We do not have the money to repaint. Wollets got $30,000 for what was the worst job Ive ever seen. Put me into depression. They ruined our dream home.
