Our salesman was so very helpful and answered all of our questions. He did not try to rush us at all. I was very impressed because we had a lot of questions.

Lauren, our associate, was very friendly and easy to work with. We got everything we needed and were on our way in no time. She was especially good at letting us know the coverage rates and helping us to save a few dollars. She also told us about the newest trim paint - so we gave it a try. Very smooth experience. SW is well worth it -- I just always go during the 40% off sale.

Terrible custermer service! Only one person was working there - on a Sunday - and completely ignored my husband and I when we walked in because he was working with another couple. We were in there about 10 minutes and he never once approached us so we ended up leaving with nothing! He never even said hi, noting, just completely acted as if we were not here. Will not be going back there ever again!!!!
