Easy to place order(s). Seemingly, no lines. You can walk right off the street and get to the counter and place your order in a stress free environment. Someone is always there to help and the selection of paint produces is easy to see with a well lite up store. Also, you can orders over the phone and there is no traffic to fight on the way to the store say like you get when you go drive up Peach Street to Lowes or HD to buy paint !! The paint - I own a piece of property whose walls stand next to short section of another companies' rear wall and which are both painted in the same color. They decided to paint a small section of their building after they heard I was painting mine; however, they most certainly painted with another brand. I used Sherwin-Williams. Their section has since faded/bleached by the sun and I am still waiting to see if I need to do any touch ups now two years later.

The customer service treatment we received was absolutely incredible - so helpful, so informative. Other stores should take lessons on how to treat their customers!
