I wouldn't recommend this location maybe other locations might be different. This location only had one person working and there were three people in the store. There was one man who came in the store after I was there looking at samples he took up almost over an hour with the one worker. I waited to be assisted but I ended up leaving and having to come back just to purchase. And even prior to that the one person working seem more concerned with watching the football game then helping answer questions. I ended up having to leave and go pick up my husband and have him come back with me to help me make the choice. Plus I thought there should have been some type of machine to let you use the Color snap so that you can scan the colors and maybe see how they would look in your room. There was nothing really there to help you make a decision on choosing colors at all.

Worst service ever!!! Do not go to this location! I had asked them to color match a chair leg and they had it over two weeks before I finally just demanded my leg back and brought my service elsewhere.

Asked the gentleman behind the counter for a product that Sherwin-Williams doesn't carry. With a disgusted face, he informed me that I was looking for something from his competitors. I apologized for the mistake and he promptly responded with a smirk and a "yea... good luck with that". Did he ask about my project and offer an alternative? Nope. He dismissed me with attitude. They won't be getting any of my business anytime soon.
