I cannot speak to the quality of their painting because we never got that far. Their response time was horrible and their customer service was non-existent. Just getting a call returned was difficult. After making an appointment for an estimate, Steve Long never showed up. After waiting an hour, I called to see if I was confused about the appointment time. Turns out, he decided he didn't want to come. He even went so far as to say he decided about an hour before our scheduled meeting. He made made no attempt to contact us and no apology was made for wasting our time. I suggest you find a different paint company.

He was very on time and got the reasonable price for exterior painting my house. I am satisfied from his work and recommend him to my friends.I read former rate and review on website before call him at the first time, so I was a little concerned , but after meeting him and saw his job , changed my mind and i am happy to work with him now.
