UPDATE - 03/22/2018: Was contacted a few days after posting my initial review by the owner, Jaylon (spelling?), who was not made aware of my experience until seeing my post here on google. He apologized about the initial issue, making good on the price and the work. It was well done and completed quickly. They took the time to diligently protect every surface not being painted prior to work with plastic and masking. I appreciate the follow up, the effort and taking the initiative to please your customers when a concern is discovered. Mark (Account Associate?) and Omar (Painter) are great employees and were a pleasure to deal with. Thank You. I've posted some before/after photos to this review. ________________________________________________________________ Posted 03/09/2018 - After Robert visited my home a few days ago, I have requested the quote 3 times. They say they have sent it to my email, with verification that the email address is correct. But I have not received it and they have not offered an alternative method of delivery of quote - fax, alternate email, hand deliver, etc...? I have a feeling they just don't want to do the work because it is not a very big job: 3 interior rooms of my home. At least be honest.

Good people who give quotes, but not good at dealing with potential customers. They applied a discount to my bid, which was reasonable, then the removed the discount because, “we were looking for work at that time. And so we are not going to apply that amount of discount anymore.” MEANING: we have enough business right now, we don’t need your business anymore. I have never dealt with a business that does that and says, "we were just looking for work." Honestly, in my opinion that doesn't show integrity. Your quote is your word. If this business wants to do that and conduct themselves like that, so be it. I wasn’t mad, just disappointed that they claim to be a Christian organization but seem to toss you out if you don’t agree to their terms.

We had a great experience with Tulsa Christian Brothers. We hired them to do a huge drywall and paint job in our home to get it ready for sale. They came and got it done within a week. Their crew was really friendly and thorough and exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with the end result, and we sold our house on the first day it was listed!

The estimate given was horribly inaccurate and did not reflect our desired project goals. The salesmen was unprofessional. The workers were uninformed and were directed by a representative to simply screw in a piece of rotted wood, caulk it and paint it rather than replace it as we asked. Part of our property was damaged and it has not been repaired weeks later. The company has not returned calls to address this. I would never recommend this company. Update: The owner has been in touch and addressed our concerns. He was genuinely interested in our happiness with the work. The crew that came out were professional, punctual and polite. Our needs were met and we are satisfied with the work done. I am happy to change my rating from one to four stars.

I am not one to usually put a local company on blast but don't want any of you (or anyone for that matter) to get burned as we did. We hired Tulsa Christian Bros. Painting to do some work for us in September 2016. It was a larger project but straightforward - restain our cedar deck and paint the exterior of our house. We picked colors and were pretty vocal that we wanted the cedar to be stained to its original natural look. Painters came and when I got home our deck was RED, and there was overspray all over our gutters and other belongings. We talked with management and we paid nearly double to "make it right." The team power-washed the paint off (aging the year-old deck substantially in the process) and they stained the deck the correct color. They were well aware of overspray needing to be cleaned and that never happened. After the hassle of this two month project, I was just going to leave it after not getting calls back to complete this part. Fast forward to about 6 months later and the stain - which has a two year company warranty- completely came off. I reached out to the company no less than 5-10 times over the course of several months and finally had someone contact me and look at the home. He mentioned there should have never been power-washing and the original paint was not done correctly either. Someone was supposed to be sent out to complete. I have talked to management, filed a BBB complaint, and even threatened litigation to try to get them to actually get this done. My favorite excuse was they needed to wait until there was warm weather...and that was the reason they hadn't done work or called me back in 6+ months. I finally had an appointment scheduled to complete the work last Saturday; no one showed again and this was after talking directly with the manager of the company. Subsequent calls to the company have gone unanswered, too. I'm tired. I paid (double) for the work to be completed. I've waited over a year to get this resolved. They've taken off the ability for review their company online and I have my suspicions of why. They never even responded to the BBB. Please, please, please do not use this company - I wouldn't want this to happen to any of you.
