CertaPro Painters of Lewisville-Flower Mound has now done two jobs for me. The first was some exterior painting including my 30-foot chimney casing. Not only did they do the painting, but they replaced some rotten wood around the windows and touched up my front door and my garage doors. The results were outstanding! The most recent job was interior. All but three rooms were painted including my 20-foot foyer. Again, a flawless job. The painters were thoughtful and professional and the day they finished, Chris dropped by personally to see how it went. I could not be happier with this company and the people they hire. I will use them again and recommend them highly.

They are extremely detailed and accurate in giving an estimate with pictures and descriptions. They gave me confidence that they would do a good job and when the job was completed, it was as I had asked.

Chris was nice to deal with, but as a previous poster says, the contractor they use isn't always on the same level. Although the painting was fine as a whole, they left a mess in my backyard and front yards, leaving paper, debris, etc. on my window sills, front yard, shrubs, etc. I had two interior rooms paints, bathroom cabinets and my entire exterior. The house numbers were removed from the garage and front of the house, and only the garage numbers could be found afterwards. They repaired some rotten boards (fascia/chimney) and unfortunately took the boards off the chimney and left it for about 30-45 minutes - just enough time for a squirrel to get in my attic...more costs! It's afterwards that I noticed the little things missed - underneath the overhead cabinets not being painted, specks of paint on my wood floors, and debris in bushes and shrubs.

I was exceptionally pleased with Rich Freddo's CertaPro of Lewisville/Flower Mound. You know when you meet someone for the first time and you just know his company takes pride in its service? That's how I felt when Rich came over to price the job. So it was no wonder that Rich's crew that did our job, Fernando and his son, Umbert, were professional, friendly, and delivered great results. Moreover, I was impressed that they took the time to make sure that we were pleased with every stage of the job. That made the experience even more pleasurable. Great work, CertaPro! I would recommend you to anyone looking for quality painting at a very good price.

Had the popcorn removed from some of my ceilings and replaced with light orange peel texture to match the walls and painted white. Love it! Certapro guys were respectful and hard working and did their best to keep the mess to a minimum during the 4-day project. Can't wait to get the rest of the house done!
