My next-door neighbor hired them to do some work on her home. When they first arrived last Friday, they parked their van in my driveway (without permission), completely blocking me in. After giving them a few minutes to move the van, I went out to speak with the owner, Mark, about moving the van (I had to leave for an appointment and needed use of my driveway). Mark told me that he had only been there for a minute (not true), and would move the van momentarily. He was unapologetic and rude, but I wasn't concerned at that point. A few minutes passed, and I attempted to leave for my appointment. Mark's van was still parked in my driveway. I got out of my car and approached Mark again, only to be treated rudely and dismissively again. I politely asked him to not block my driveway again, and he moved the van. I alerted my neighbor to this via a phone call a short while later. Six days later, Mark and crew are back and have once again blocked my driveway with their trailer. I first noticed the trailer this morning, and waited 45 minutes for it to be moved. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer and needed access to my driveway. I approached the trailer & van, and an employee was on his way out to move it (he was polite). I saw Mark approaching, and decided to visit with him about it. I verified that he was the same gentleman that I had spoken with a few days ago. I politely told him that it was not okay to block my driveway, and asked that he not do it again. He said it had only been there for a few minutes (not true). I told him that I had been waiting close to an hour for him to move it; he ignored me. I continued politely by saying that I was having a hard time figuring out why this continued to be a problem, and he walked off. I tried to get his attention, and he screamed "I'm busy" at me. I kept calm and politely told him that if it was an issue again, I would need to call the police. He screamed at me again, saying this time "go ahead and call the police". I again phoned my neighbor to let her know what had happened, and she was mortified and said that upon his arrival today, she had instructed him not to block my driveway. Clearly he ignored her instruction. To add insult to injury, it appears that one of his work vans was driven through part of our yard today, causing some minor damage. In both instances, there were three parking spaces available for his use, and in very close proximity. As a small business owner, I believe in treating everyone as a potential customer. Because he lied to me and yelled at me several times, Mr. Hall has not only lost me as a potential customer, but his rudeness has prompted me to warn others.

Warning! This guy Mark hires people to work and fires them before paying them. I've had the experience. He ran me out and threatened to hurt me. He also steals from his clients by raiding the rooms. He should be in jail. Please be careful with this guy!
