Weinmann Painting just completed a total exterior painting of our home. We were very pleased with every aspect of the work - prep, daily clean-up, repair of dry wrought/damaged wood, and quality of painting. Especially noteworthy was the excellent communication of Estuardo (lead) at the start of each day (he was always here at 8:00am sharp) and at the end of each day. He explained what they were doing and addressed all of my issues/questions. The bid, contract and communication with the owners (Kevin and Lori) was also laudable. We'd highly recommend Weinmann.

Fantastic experience working with Weinmann Painting. From getting a bid, to communicating with their office, to working with the crew on the ground, the whole process was top-notch. Estuardo and his crew were prompt, professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job and rolled with the punches when they had a few unexpected hiccups. Highly recommended, Weinmann will be my first call next time.

Excellent communication, friendly and tidy crew who always showed up on time and finished early. Even our neighbors commented positively (with no encouragement) on how they'd never seen such attention to detail and thorough clean-up. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a quality exterior paint job on an older historic house with lots of trim detail and prep work. Owner Kevin Weinmann also took a lot of time to go over the project and had many helpful recommendations that made the job turn out even better than expected. If only all contractors were as easy to work with!

Hired them to do some whiteboard walls and chalkboard walls in our office. Pleasant to work with, from initial consult through to flawless execution. Low impact on our office environment as we were working. Now I want to have them paint more whiteboard walls!

Weinmann Painting has been great to work with on two occasions now. As a General Contractor it is nice to have competent and professional subcontractors who perform work completely and with integrity. The crew was clean and efficient. I wouldn't even known they were there aside from the extra paint cans left for future use. Great Job! Orlando Construction and Weinmann Painting will continue to work together on future projects!
