We had a great experience with Smile-A-Mile Painting. Halfway through the painting I realized I didn't like the color I had chosen. This was a big mistake on my part since it ended up costing quite a bit more than I had originally planned. Two people came out to help me decide on a color I would be happy with. There were about 6 workers that came to finish and worked all the way to 7:30 p.m. Looking around at their work, they did a great job. Very happy!

The Smile A Mile crew did a great job. They were very fast and followed up afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

This started out a very good experience. Everything looked like it would go well. Then I came home and the front door was painted the wrong color. My thoughts were it looks beautiful but it is not what a wanted. Mistakes happen and they were coming back to fix it. That is when things went from a mistake to a horrible experience. They painted my light color over the dark navy blue incorrect color, door is now a very ugly color with the blue showing through where it was barely painted the correct color. Still hopeful, I have them come back again. What a mistake. Late, we had to wait all day for them to come when appointment time was early morning. This time back they take the door off and slather it in paint. The third coat is horrendous and looks like they could care less and it shows. They just do it to do it. No more quality work no more polite nothing. So I went in to the office and try again. I brought pictures of the bubbling paint and show the color that it is. I was hopeful the next try would work. Schedule a time for them to come and they do not show up. Now I am late for work and no one seems to care. I call and get a call back from the foreman. He can’t tell me when he will be out and he is sorry I am late for work because he can’t be bothered to show up at the time scheduled. It was not anyone fault that there was a mix up with the paint but after three attempts it is quite clear that my door and my opinion mean nothing to them. Just awful customer service and work. I would never recommend them to anyone.
