It's pretty sad when 4 of the 5 star reviews are written by employees of Willco in order to boost the abysmal customer ratings. That's what a company has to do when they specialize in "Blow and go" paint jobs. Not that you'll ever see a painter working for this company. They'll put a paintbrush in anyone's hand for $13/hr and send them to your project. Eventually. Shady contracts, unfair labor practices, dodging phone calls and emails, and cutting corners is the Willco way. Caveat Emptor!

We purchased a "painter for a day" package from WILLCO at a charity event (though almost paid equivalent of full price so it wasn't like we were getting away with anything!) and are very pleased with the end result, though it took a little more legwork to get here than we would have preferred. I'd rate 4.5 stars if it let me. Initial communication to set up a consultation was easy, the consultation itself was timely, professional and quick - then we ran into some miscommunications about scheduling and scope of work. When the job was completed, it had been done in a rush and since the area wasn't properly secured, left a mess of paint-dust settling all over our dining and living room*. We immediately got in touch via email expressing our dissatisfaction and the response was everything you could hope for from a business: they came out and repainted the area at no extra expense to us while we were out of town and we came home to a perfectly painted vaulted foyer with no mess, and great email communication the whole time. They even covered the cost for the extra paint. All of that being said, would hire them again because we were so impressed with the way they handled it all. *Even the painter who was here and did the job first was professional and very nice and was doing his best- it just didn't seem like he'd been set up for success with the right equipment.

Got a great troff here

Little to no customer service, long waits, slow job performance, and a total disregard for the potential of return business. We hired this company to paint 14 buildings in our condo complex and they gave an amazing price. Come to find out they are using the cheapest paint that doesn't color match at all with our existing buildings, the site workers are rude, and they didn't do any prep work except to power wash the buildings four months before they actually got around to start painting. We got what we paid for, but I can't recommend them to anyone.
