So first off, this shop will tell you that you're getting you a nice "loaner car" while they're working on your repairs. What they don't tell you is that they're renting the car and then charging your insurance company on the back end (or YOU if you're paying out of your own pocket). Then when your diligent adjusters point this out to them and refuse to pay (if you don't have that coverage on your policy) the shop will call you and tell you that your insurance company is only willing to pay a portion of the total bill, causing you to think that you have cut-rate coverage that won't pay for all of your damage, not knowing that it's not repair costs that are being denied. Another way they throw your insurance company under the bus; they'll tell you the repair delay is because they've tried, repeatedly, to get in touch with your claims department to get an authorization for parts, when in fact, they tried once... 10 minutes AFTER they told you that you have a sub-par insurance company. It's not just the Bend location either- the Portland shop has set the standard for bilking customers and insurance companies alike.

They did a fantastic job with the repair work for my 2012 Outback. It was done on time, looked great, I was able to use a loaner car and if that is not awesome enough my car came back clean inside and out! They are easy to work with as well. Having an accident is a bummer, but they made it easy to deal with.

Bob, the diligent manager, the owner Jeremy, and delightful Tami helped me with a faulty fender after a non-insured hit & run which my insurance wasn't going to cover fully. Due to today's complicated blind spot monitoring technology and calibrations, which would have been very costly, they made every effort to fix & solve the issue both timely and cost effective. Today, my vehicle is back and running to showroom and perfect working condition; all while helping me save from staggering out-of-pocket expenses. Very Happy Customer, Thank you Precision Body & Paint for your professional services and genuine kindness.

I could not be more pleased with the work that was done and the service I received. Bob worked tirelessly to get my insurance company to understand how important it was to use genuine parts and certified techs to work on my car. Based on my accident they even checked the alignment on my car to make sure it was completely safe for me to drive. Don't think of taking your car anywhere else in Bend.

Precision Body Shop has had my car for over a month and a half. We picked it up today and it will be heading back there again. The tail light/blinker was inop along with the trunk being out of alignment. I called and spoke with them and they were less then concerned and told me that I could take it up with the insurance company. If I am not mistaken the insurance company only foots the bill. The repairs or lack of is done by the body shop. Very disappointed in the customer service aspect along with the actual repairs. After reading several reviews I guess this is a common problem coming out of this shop.
