Purchased a new home and had CertaPro paint almost the entire house! From start to finish the project went smoothly. All touch up areas were taken care of during my final walk thru and I was extremely impressed with the entire process! Thank you to Luis who was the lead painter for doing a wonderful job. Lisa, the owner would not accept anything less then perfect. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have some painting completed. Very professional and competent in what they do.

I hired them to paint my brand new construction house that HAD gorgeous new floors that were done just a few weeks before. One of the main reasons I bought my house was because the floors and stairs were a gorgeous rich Jacobean finish. I do not have kids at home or big dogs and the floors were my pride and joy. I made sure to line the garage with moving blankets for the guys and was clear that the floors need to be protected. I had them take their shoes off. In summary, they are incompetent and sneaky. They are incompetent because they did not know you should never put tape on a hardwood floor. They taped paper up the steps and put the tape in the middle of the steps, and in other places. That is incompetent. After they damaged my floors a quick google search by me showed you should never put tape on hardwood floors. The professionals should know that! They are sneaky because they pulled up the tape when they were done and there is NO WAY they didn't notice the floor finish lifting off and sticking to the tape. They are also sneaky because Lisa, the manager who came here every day said she never noticed the blue tape all over the floors. But she was walking up and down it, especially up the steps (see photo), multiple times, multiple days. When you walk up steps you look down usually?! If she had had them fix it the first day it probably would have saved all this aggravation. Instead it was there for four days being walked on. Big no-no I have learned. They are also sneaky because Lisa tried to rush my to pay them the balance of the job before I had a chance to inspect the floors.

Clean, neat, efficient overall a great job. Great communication on any issues and daily progress updates with pics. Price was fair and the finished product was outstanding. I would use them again.

Working with CertaPro Painters of the Greater Lehigh Valley was an excellent experience from start to finish. Mark, the estimator, provided clear, detailed information and created confidence in the company. The work crew led by Greg was highly professional and efficient. Lisa, the owner, was involved throughout the project and made sure that every detail was handled to our satisfaction. She even sent the crew back for a few touch-ups months later at no additional charge. This company provides an outstanding job at a fair price. Customer satisfaction is the key to everything they do.

I called Mark Heller today to ask for description of the paint his painters used back in November. He found the information immediately since I told him I needed some more paint and offered to pay for the extra paint I needed for a touchup. I was very impressed. I used CertaPro Painters in the past back in 2012 and like the work they did. I highly recommend this company without reservations.
