The service and personnel are excellent. They are helpful, patient and informed. The products are top of the line and they are extremely willing to work with you.

I've been dealing with this store for both work and home for more than 10 years. Barb and the staff here have been knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly with me every time I've placed an order.

I am usually not one to complain about service, or even leave reviews for that matter, but my experience with this store has been so bad that I feel something needs said. I am a general contractor and recently I have been frequenting the beaver falls sherwinn location. Each and EVERY time that I am there I leave feeling as though I was more of a nuisance than a customer. The two workers who are ALWAYS THERE are not knowledgeable about both the products that they have in store , as well as products that sherwinn sells from their warehouse. I don't by any means expect them to know everything, but their unwillingness to find answeres for me is astounding. I have literally been told " I don't know" when referring to items that were in their catalog and I wanted to order them. I am literally standing there with money in hand begging them to take it, and they can't be bothered to look something up or make a phone call. I really hope the manager "Mark Ellis " , who I personally have never met even though I have been to the store a couple dozen times this year , reads this and makes some changes. Until then, I would and WILL stay clear of this place.... unless that is you are a gluten for abuse and punishment!!
