We moved into a house six years ago, and called several different painters for quotes. That was the last time we'll ever call another painter. Six years later, and we've had Toby back for FOUR separate jobs in two different homes. Not only does he typically undercut every other professional painter in town on price, he is also trustworthy, courteous and dedicated to his craft. This man will treat your home as he would his own, and always deals fairly. Toby always strives to make his customers happy. My wife can be quite indecisive, and he never once lost patience, even when he was painting over portions he'd already done. He works hard to accurately estimate paint levels, then recommends the best type/value for the job. He is genuinely interested in saving his clients money, and was disappointed in himself on our most recent job when he had slightly under a gallon remaining...AFTER USING 10x OTHER GALLONS!!! He also offered to help move stuff around and out of our home to save us on the cost of a moving company, and left his personal ladder at my house, so I could finish some areas of the house we completed ourselves. This is the type of vendor you don't run into every day. He's the type of inside secret you like to only give to your best friends, because the value and quality of his work are so rare. That said, the State College and Bellefonte Area should know about honest, reliable vendors like Toby Miller. He is the only painter I'd trust in my home, and we'll probably be calling him again very soon! Save yourself the time and just dial the phone. He'll be the last painter you ever call, I guarantee it.
