We had a bad experience with Tidy Castle. I don't often write reviews, but my wife and I needed to share this one. We hired them to paint 3 rooms (walls & ceilings) in our new house. But it is very clear that they didn't properly cover our floors or furniture. They left ceiling paint specs, dust, & dirt all over our furniture, floors, & kitchen surfaces. They also left a large paint stain on our living room carpet that they didn't tell us about, but later admitted to doing. The solution they offered was to bring a carpet cleaner and clean, but because of their unprofessional work, we didn't trust them back in our house. We tried to get a refund for the work, but the owner declined and then threatened to come after us if we took it to small claims. We never received a penny back from them. And the icing on the cake, they posted over 10 pictures of the inside of our house on their Google business page without asking our permission (and the pictures show our uncovered furniture & floors!). They are lucky we don't have the time or energy to fight them in court. Best I can do is share my story, and advise you to hire a different company, there are plenty of options.

How I wish I had gone with someone else. The work was done very well. HOWEVER, they left a hole in the wall while bringing wood in. A deep gouge on the first day they were here. They never acknowledged it or said anything about it or offered to fix it. They were never once on time. They left the bathroom a mess covered in spackle and paint. They got both on the walls and carpets. They used my personal vacuum because theirs was shooting dust over everything. Paint and dust and spackle on my vacuum and fan as well. They didn't cover my furniture much and my keyboard and mouse and desk were all layered with a film of residue. They got paint on a dresser and computer case. With NO ONE in the house other then my sister and I, she had a very precious air loom locket suddenly gone missing. They left a fan and tool pieces here which they still have not come to collect. Two extensions of my vacuum are missing. They left cigarette buts on my lawn and at times actually LEFT the house to go work on some one else's project and they did not finish on the day they said they would. I deeply regret using this service.
