TJ’s Painting & Renovations Co .was recommended by our interior designer for interior paining, wallpaper removal, and some carpentry work. Ted Komacek was very knowledgeable and thorough on both the initial estimation walk-through and final walk-through. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. The carpenters did a great job repairing some existing trim, installing some new trim, and constructing a unique built-in bookcase based on an idea and a couple photos. The painters are very skilled and did a great job as well. The freshly painted walls, ceiling, and trim made our mid-1920s home feel like new. Each afternoon, Jules, the on-site supervisor, made of point of walking through the day’s progress and going over the plan for the following day. Everyone was professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend TJ’s Painting & Renovations for any painting and carpentry needs.

Ted and his team have done a lot of work for us since we've moved into our new house. From painting the entire downstairs, to installing light fixtures and mounting TV's, they've done it all. We also recently had a water leak in our kitchen and had to tear up and replace the hardwood flooring. Ted and Joe did a great job at diagnosing the issue, working with my insurance company, and repairing and replacing our floors. They look like new! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work.

We hired TJ's for painting and some repairs throughout our house. From start to finish Ted and his crew were phenomenal! We would highly recommend them. They are courteous, respectful of your time and your home. Their work is top notch. The project manager and painters, Juan and Martine are passionate about their work. They take pride in what they do and it shows in their quality. We are planning other work and we will use TJ's in future for that.

I've worked with TJ's Painting & Renovations more than a dozen times with my own projects as well as client projects. As an interior designer I'm quite particular with painting, construction including details and finishes. TJs has never disappointed me, in fact Ted, the owner, may have an even more discerning eye than I do! All of the professionals we have worked with have been kind and pleasant to have in the home, and the work has been consistently completed on time and on budget. I can highly recommend TJs without reservation!

T.J.’s Painting and Renovations Co. recently completed their second job in our house. As with the first job, we were extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism. Ted makes the process run as smoothly as possible and took every measure to make sure that we were satisfied. We live in an old house and the walls needed a great deal of repair. They took the time to make sure that they fixed them and now they look brand new. We look forward to working with them in the future and highly recommend their work. They are the most reliable and trustworthy company that one could find.
