They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to help me find the color I was trying to match and also explained what type of paint would be best for my project.

We used sherwin williams all the time. They do a great job, Until our last visit in there. We have walked in and they matched our stain perfect with no problems. This time for some reason the man in there said it was going to take 3 DAY to match our color. Really Everyone else matched it right then and there. This man was going to take 3 Days. And just kept giving my husband the run around. My husband is a contractor and could not wait 3 days. This man was not very professional for working with the public . I hate to say this but because of that one man ( Mark ) we will be going else where for our paint and stain. It's a shame that one man can ruin a good business, we never had a problem with any other employee in there. The rest of the employees went out of there way to help. But not this man. I will be telling our experience to everyone that goes there. And maybe the owner of sherwin williams will see this and solve this problem. Or they will be losing alot more customers.
