John and his crew just completed the second project in our new home. Last summer, they refurbished our roof deck. They power washed the entire surface, did minor repairs and then restrained the deck. Our 7 year old roof deck now looks brand new. In January, John came back to do interior painting. John is a perfectionist -- repairing the walls and woodwork so that once the painting began a good result was achieved. The results are amazing! Hawthorne Painting is by far the best painter, I have ever used. They show up when they say they will, they took great care protecting our furniture and artwork, they cleaned up at the end of each day and are exceptionally easy to work with. Pricing is fair, excellent communications, reliable and take great care in making sure that the job is done right and that the customer is satisfied. They are the BEST! Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier with their quality service. It was a pleasure working with John and the crew. The communication was great.

Hawthorne Painting has done many projects for my company, Skyline Property Management, and my personal properties over the years. Including exterior painting, patching stucco, and repairing woodwork. Lately, we have used them a lot for Rental Turnovers, where they clean, make some repairs, and repaint apartments/houses. This saves our property managers a lot of time.
