While painting the neighbor's house, a worker from this company damaged our brand-new vinyl fence with the end of his ladder. The foreman of the crew was notified in person about the damage . No response. They were telephoned about the issue-no return call. Finally, they were contacted about the damage via the internet-INGNORED. DW Painting Company has no consideration about the damage they did to our private property. They also have the worst customer service.

Dan came out to my house to provide quote to complete a painting job. I was quoted a fair price and given a timeframe for job completed. Price and timeframe were agreed upon and I was to reach out with possible dates. Eventually after nailing down a date that would work I called dan back and left a message explaining what dates would work. I did not hear back for over a week until I eventually called them back. Upon finally reaching Dan he was well aware of my message and the details of the dates that I provided to complete the job. He also stated that I would need to pay extra in order to retain employees for painting on the weekend because one of the days fell on the weekend. I agreed to this charge. He said he would get back to me in a couple days with an exact number so we could get on the books. It has been weeks and I have heard nothing. I cannot comment on the work that this company does, but if you do call them there is a good chance you will go through the inconvenience of having a contractor come to your home and scheduling a job only to never hear from them again.
