Never had good experience. Every sample and gallon I’ve got from them in the last week has huge clumps and spits clots out of the paint gun. Be ware. No help from employees and the employee actually sold me an outdoor 1/2” nap pack of rollers for applying eggshell paint inside the house. Be ware- Lowe’s has great paint at a better price and the employees are a tremendous help.

The new employee that helped me had no idea what she was doing and the manager just left her alone in charge to make a phone call. I brought in a paint can lid from a can of sherwin williams paint. She said it was not sherwin williams when it clearly was. I had to point out the paint code to her. You should train your employees better

My husband just returned from spending about $200 in the Lady's Island SW store. He was the only one in the store and he had a list of supplies I needed. The employee was very rude and seemd to be extremely bothered when asked for help. From now on we will drive to another SW store or go to Lowes or Home Depot.
