I love this place. Ive done 5 paintings with them and its always a fun stress free evening. I recommend it to anyone even if you have never painted before! I tell all my friends you will walk out with a painting you're proud of.

First time painting at a place like this and i had so much fun! Can't wait to do it again, next summer.

When I called to simply inquire about applying a gift certificate I won at a charity event to the Valentine's couples painting session (the certificate was for 2 standard sessions), Megan answered the phone and was rather rude. I realize that this was a 50/50 shot, but the concept of applying my $70 value to a $95 session for two, and paying the difference, didn't seem so far fetched that I shouldn't at least ask (I love the painting they have scheduled and my gift certificate expires the next week). I realize that this may not be their policy and respect it, and I did not give her a hard time. I thoroughly understand that companies have boundaries and employees must respect them. However, from the time she picked up the phone her attitude was terrible, her tone was off-putting, and honestly she made me feel as if I do not want to use the certificate at all. I asked if she was the manager post-conversation, and she sounded extremely defensive and ill-mannered. The fact that she is the manager made her behavior even more disheartening. I am still going to give them a chance, but this interaction reflected very poorly on their customer service. Hopefully the class I did schedule redeems itself, as I have heard really great things about them from others.
