Excellent service and support at Sherwin-Williams

My business partner visited the Sherwin-Williams store in Summerville last week and had an appointment with Ms. Kelsey Bowen. The experience was exceptional. The customer service was excellent, with clear and detailed explanations about paint tones and how to advise our clients in selecting colors for their homes. Additionally, Mr. Jeick was also very kind and attentive, always keeping track of our needs and offering his help at all times. Since we started working with Sherwin-Williams, we have always received constant support that allows us to provide higher quality work to our clients. We are very satisfied with the organization of the store and the friendliness of the staff. We definitely recommend Sherwin-Williams for their excellent service and commitment to their customers.

For starters the service was great! Plus with our coupons the paint was as cheap as the garbage paint they sell at Lowe's. You can't beat Superpaint. It's my favorite.

Just got 6 gallons of paint and some supplies from Sherwin-Williams. Excellent shopping experience. Josh was a huge help with everything from picking out a good color scheme to recommending paint types and supplies. He also made sure to find us the best discounts available and get us a great price. Highly recommend this store. We will be back for the remainder of our house!

I purchased an entire house worth of paint and didn’t know what finishes to consider. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The salesmen at this store are the most helpful and knowledgeable. We live way out in Cane Bay in Summerville and will travel all that way just to purchase as the store on Trolley Rd. Good job guys
