Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the location of items. I'd say they have 90% of what I need on hand. If they don't have it, they can get it for you within a week. I'll always check here first before buying elsewhere.

It's nice to have a hardware store in town. They typically have most everything I need. Only problem is the workers don't know what they stock or where it is. The last 4 out of 5 times I've been there I've had a salesperson approach me and offer help. I ask them for xyz item. They look at me like I'm goofy or something. I pull the item up on my phone and show them what it looks like. They take me to the general area and say, "looks like we don't carry it". So I say thanks and keep looking. Honest to god, each one of those 4 times that I kept looking I found my item. So long story short they most likely have what you need but pass on their assistance and look yourself.

I enjoy looking at the great selections of tools there, as well, looking for the parts I need to construct things I build or need to repair..
