It took a very long time to be waited on. Personnel spent lots of time on the telephone (not personal calls). I would be more likely to return if you would take back the $51.00 gallon of paint that did not match the swatch. Cannot use it, horrible.

SW needs more than one person on duty on weekends. The lone gentleman at the Belle Meade (Nashville, TN) store who was there (Keith) was quick, excellent and efficient but was up to his neck in work and it was obvious. The wait time was long but he was working as fast as he could, we could all see that. Keith was also very courteous and helped carry or cart each customer's orders to their vehicle. Excellent staffer!

The associate who handled my order was extremely helpful. He took my information over the phone and gave expert advice on which type of paint was best for my job, and even walked it out to the car for me so that I didn't have to wake my sleeping baby! I was very impressed and grateful.
