Update: April 2018. We were forced to use this location because of horrible traffic. The paint has been prepared quickly and correctly both times. I'm updating my rating now. It seems like the people working at this store finally know what they're doing.
We are professional painters that use SW paint. This was our first visit to this location. The staff are not as knowledgeable as other locations we frequent. It took around 6 minutes just for them to open our account to see our pricing, calling our home store twice. The person helping us seemed confused by our order of "3 gallons in Mid South Acrylic Flat". Confirming parts of the order again and again. Normally SW staff are friendly, but we were not impressed at this store, and will be driving up the road to the Farragut store rather than this new location. Our order would have taken around 7 minutes from walking in the door to leaving, but it was 40 minutes (no exaggeration) here. It's like being at a low end paint store. There are currently 8 customers waiting to be served as I write this, still waiting on my own paint.
