We were so impressed with everyone at Luckett Group LLC. All of the employees were polite and hard workers. The owners were very involved in our project, making sure everything was on time and done correctly. Chelsea was very helpful in picking out colors, her and Kira were up to date in the latest styles. I am so impressed, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone doing a renovation, big or small. Thank you, Chris, Kira and your crew!

I am not sure if this company is in business anymore or if they want to do business anymore. I have left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails. I have called dozens of times and they do not answer. I have called at different times of the day and they still do not answer. I find it very hard to believe that anyone is too busy to return an email, let alone a phone call. It takes less than 30 seconds to return an email and yet after sending them about six different emails, they have chosen not to respond to any of them. And if they want to use the excuse that their email is down or there is something wrong with their website...then why wouldn't they answer one phone call? Or return a call after multiple messages were left? No one is "that important" that they just don't have the time to respond back. So they either do not need the business or they are just so unprofessional that they could care less. I am done trying to reach them and think that they should take the bible verse off of their website, because you are absolutely NOT letting Colossians 3:23 guide your business model. So Chris & Kira, the owners of this business, please think about posting this to your website when you refuse to return emails, phone calls or answer your phone at all.
