Had the worst possible experience ever…at least initially. Work started late and I was told the project would take 7-10 days for painting two living rooms, hallways, doors, master bedroom, kitchen, the cabinets and all the little things a project this size entails. The project took over 40 days! Most of which time my family had no use of the kitchen and had to spend our days and evenings living out of our garage! After the first few weeks the house was in worse condition than when the project had started. The cabinets were beyond what I thought would be fixable. Walls, ceilings and floors had over spray on them, including on our new granite counter tops! Beyond frustrated with the lack of prep and respect for the job the crew was fired and I told the 360 team to not come back. The dream had turned into a nightmare! That said, I have to give credit to Mike - the owner of 360, Duane - his right hand man, and most importantly to Mark and his crew that did all the work to fix all the problems created by the first team. Mike asked for a second chance and came through with flying colors. 360 delivered on everything scoped out in the project and then some to make my wife and I satisfied customers. I can’t speak highly enough of Mark and his skill in painting and the job he did in bringing the house, and amazingly, the cabinets back to life. If you have a painting project and looking for fantastic results be sure to ask for Mark and his team when hiring 360 painting. Mike, Duane, and Mark will go out of their way to make sure you’re a satisfied and happy customer.
