Absolutely Horrible! AVOID him at all costs. He is lazy and does not know what he is doing! He ruined over $2K in flooring, did bad job painting, does not cut in well at all, even after he talks himself up, got paint on my ceiling and my carpet. He thinks he is too good to tape off. He walked off the job. AVOID HIM. Pay a little more for a REAL professional. 1 Star is more than he deserves

I was very pleased with Tracey and his crew when they came to paint my house. They were very affordable yet still did a good clean job. Also they worked quickly and while still providing service with a smile. My favorite thing about the work done was that I couldn't tell any repairs had been done, it was like a brand new house. Definitely recommend horizon for a home paint job!

Tracey and his crew came out and gave us a bid witch was very fair. He walked us through the steps and explained the process. He was very professional. After we got 3 bids he cam in lowest and did a knock out job!!! I would recommend him and his crew to anyone and everyone. A++

I called Tracey and his crew to redo my deck. When he showed up his was very hyper and talked very fast.He begun to tell me that the job didnt have enough money in it for him but he was the one who came up with the price in the first place. He asked me who put me up to this Im not sure what that ment.I think tracey is a paranoid schizophenic who needs to take medication.I wouldnt have these guys work for free.

Tracey Starnes came out for an estimate. He showed up 20 minutes early, which in some cases would be a good thing, but i requested 4:30 so my husband could be home. Tracey listened as I told him what I wanted. He seemed to understand & seemed confident they could do the job. He seemed rushed to leave at this point & told me he would email the quote in the morning. My husband pulled in as Tracey was leaving. Tracey didn't even seem like he wanted to stop walking to his truck as I asked my husband if he had any questions. Once my husband & I got inside he asked if Tracey said he would be providing a drawing. Tracey had not said anything about it, so my husband called him. Once off the phone, my husband informed me that Tracey said we are young & that he had acted as though he thought we would not be able to afford it. After waiting all morning for the estimate, this is the email i received from Tracey at 11:48 am..."Thank you for the opportunity to bid on your job.  I rarely turn them down, but I don't think I'm the right fit for this particular job.  If I were you, I would consider finding a Master Carpenter or you can go through Home Depot because their carpenter's do really good custom cabinetry work. Thank you again, and I'm sorry that we aren't able to help you." Again, he never gave any inclination of an inability during his visit or phone call. The only thing he said negatively was about our age & ability to afford the project. Im offended by how we were treated & we didn't even have work done. If this is how he handles work, Im thankful he turned us down. FYI Tracey- Being 26 doesn't mean you can't afford built-in shelves. My husbands a commercial diver/cut engineer for Oceaneering which is a VERY high paying job. Use traceys advice to us. take your business elsewhere.
