I came to the shop for an estimate and had no problem. The gentleman I worked with was polite and listened to what I wanted done on the vehicle. When I called back a few weeks later the same individual was very rude and short. He said I was not in the system even though I gave him the information off of the paper copy I was given at the visit. He told me I did not need an appointment to drop my car off for work even though he didn't know what kind of work I needed done. I tried to call back two days after that and got the voice mail twice and left a message with no return call that day or the day after. Needless to say they lost my service.

Kind and honest about possible results, paint job came out better than expected (I sanded and primed my car before taking it)

Nice service and they did a great job on the body paint.

This place is wonderful. The manager, Matthew, took the time to help me with a problem on my vehicle, as well as painting a small item for me. I am a loyal customer forever. No one shows that type of kindness anymore. Great, great guys in my opinion. I've got a dinged bumper I am taking there soon. I highly recommend this Maaco.
