Had some word when backed the car into something. I think it was fair.

I wouldn't trust Paint Doctor to do body work on my kids battery operated car. All he cares about is money and could care less if his customers are happy with work that is done. It seems like there is no quality check on any of the work his guys do. While I was deployed I had my father in law take my truck in to get work done. When I got home and started driving it, all seemed good, until I went for a drive on the interstate. Shane's guys failed to correctly re-secure my stock fender flares to my truck. I lost both the passenger side flares on the interstate. I was able to go back and pick one up but could not find the other. Rather than purchase the one fender flare I needed from Ford, they chose to purchase a full new set. This would have been ok had they been the stock flares, however, they weren't. After waiting 3 months for fender flares to come in, I was finally able to drop the truck off to have the fender flares replaced. The technician who worked on my truck was gone when we picked my truck up. I could see the fender flares looked terrible before I even got out of my car. Holes that were drilled for the original fender flares could be seen and were not covered by the new fender flares. After another 3 mo this of trying to get the problem corrected, Shane decided it wasn't important enough to worry about. Shane refuses to fix this issue because it's not his problem. I even made a BBB report and he chose not to respond to that as well. I will never use Paint Doctor again and I'll be sure all my friends and family don't either.

Buffed half the car for a two inch door scratch. This left swirls and really sub par blending in a huge area from the "polish" they used. Not a clue why they would think this was at all necessary. Really bad experience... staff was polite and work was relatively cheap. Just not at all to good standards. They also WILL take your car for a joy ride. They didn't know but I have aftermarket ECU that showed me them taking it to red line and driving it to the max. Great...
