Texas Painting Company is not honest company and did a very poor job on my house. My husband has Asthma, therefore, in my contract, I requested them not to use spray machine and should use Sherwin William’s Power Paint. However, the workers not only sprayed all the ceiling, and also broken my mirrors and framed Chinese embroidery. The workers just threw them always without notified me. I sent emails and called Jeff Hawken regarding these matters and never got any response. After workers finished the job, I could see many spay lines over all ceiling, unfixed cracks, and uneven color on the walls. I called Jeff Hawken multiple times, finally, he sent another team to repaint most the area. This project took them 3-4 months to finish. Less than a year, multiple crackers appeared. According to the contract, it should be under 3 years warranty, but Jeff Hawken refused to repair them and never came to my house to review the crackers/problem. I had to find another company to fix the problem and called Sherwin William to find out paint color. Sherwin William told me Jeff Hawken only brought PRO-200 for my walls, not Power Paint. I spent more $5000 for this job and got cheaper paint. Texas Painting Company not only provides terrible services, also is not honest company.
