My vehicle was hit and I needed my fender, bumper, and door repaired. I got a quote from Danny Brown's repair shop, they took pictures and sent them to the insurance adjuster, and got the process started. When they got everything approved and got my parts in (about a week), I took my car to the shop. Enterprise was supposed to pick me up but they wouldn't answer the phone after holding for over 20 minutes so the receptionist took me herself! I had the rental for close to a week and Danny Brown's called twice during that time to update me on the status of my car before the last call to let me know it was time to be picked up. The whole process was quick, easy, and the customer service was above and beyond from everyone involved. They even detailed my car before returning it to me! I don't think I'll use anyone else again.

Awesome job on my car. They had to change the bumper of my car, and the results better than I expected. Everything was on time, and I was consulted on any decision regarding my car. Also, they all were very professional and kind.

I had my car there from May to June 2017 and it was a terrible expiernce. They hardly communicated with me about updates. I called them so many times they recognized my voice! When I called asking about the billing the blonde old woman with glasses in the office told me I had nothing to worry about billing she said my insurance was dealing with it and that after it cleared I can pick up my car. I call and she says okay come get it it's ready. I get there and that same rude woman starts telling me to pay a deductible even though I asked her several times on the phone before I got there if I need to pay anything. She starts yelling at me "everybody pays a deductible! That's your insurance they should have told you!" She yells at me and this is my second major accident and I wasn't aware that my insurance made that mistake. I call my insurance and tell that rude ass woman had I known I had a deductible I wouldn't have come in here without fixing it with my insurance. She still keeps yelling at me it common sense because hello everyone works at a stupid car repair. Anyways not only are they rude they still didn't have all the parts to my car! They said I needed to come back for the small hitch block. So I call and they give me my piece and guess what it's two different colors!! They PAINTED MY CAR AND THE BLOCK TWO DIFFERENT COLORS!!! DO NOT GO to Danny brown they are rude and will treat you like an idiot and in the end dye your car parts TWO different colors. It's a darker gray than what my car is! I've been trying to let it go but I see that part of my car everyday and people need to know what they did and how they treated me was wrong.

VERY honest and standup people here! You will NOT find people here trying to take advantage of you. Took my wife's 2011 explorer in because the trunk would not open. One of the gentlemen working took a look at it with me and the latch mechanism needed to be replaced. I ordered it on my own online and when it came in they cut the old one out and installed the new one. works like a champ now any they only charged me for a half hour of labor. Really impressed with the service and atmosphere here. and the drag challenger in the workshop was freaking awesome!
