I had to have major repairs done to my car and my insurance inspector recommended this place and I was glad. Given all the damage to my vehicle I was surprised to have it finished in a weeks time. They kept calling me with updates and that I was highly grateful for. When I got my car back it was like brand new. I would definitely recommend this place to people in the area.

The manager has a horrible attitude. They couldn’t obtain a part and the insurance company already paid them, I waited over two months, called twice to check the status and then no one ever called me when the part came in. I had to call to check and they said “oh yeah it came in”. In the meantime my front bumper which was completely replaced with a new one became separated on both sides of the car. I took the vehicle back to get the part and bumper fixed and it looks like they forced it back in place and there’s still obvious separation between the headlight and bumper. They also scratched the clear coat off with whatever tool they used. The manager said it was the best they could do and it was probably like that when i bought the car. If the whole front part of my car was replaced (new bumper new grille, new headlights)with brand new pieces, how did it look like that when i bought it. He had an attitude and said no one looks at their car when they buy it. I will be calling the insurance company and telling them the work was shoddy. The lady in the front Beth is super nice, that is the only good thing about this place.

Basically, it's your car and you simply want it fixed right and the paint job to match and you want it done quickly. You get all three with Paul's Auto Body & Paint. Oh yeah, this is the cleanest auto repair facility ever... and they even washed and detailed my car before returning it. The service manager, Brendan, was a pleasure to deal with.

Had a rear bumper on a 2003 RX 300 Lexus replaced. To begin with two other shops wouldn't even talk to us because the car was too old. Called for an estimate and brought it in to do paper work. We approved, they scheduled us and there were no problems. When we went to pick up the car I noticed what I thought was another car just like mine in the parking lot. ( our car is very easy to pick out in a parking lot as it is a pearlised white with a black deer guard). Looked closer and realized it was mine, not only did they do the work in a timely manner but they gave it a deluxe wash job!

Great service all around. They were very helpful and professional. Was expecting like most shops to have issue with the color matching of the paint, but it was identical to the factory finish even with the metallic finish. Will definitely use them again.
