So my dog decided the hood of my car was a good place for a nap... Luckily City paint and body was able yo help fix the damage. And I got a Coozie for free.

GREAT ESTABLISHMENT! AMAZING PEOPLE! DO AMAZING WORK. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH PAINT OR BODY ISSUES. GREAT, QUALITY WORK. ANDREW REALLY HELPED ME OUT AND ADVISED ME AN EXACT TIME IT WOULD BE READY AND WAS READY BEFORE HAND!

Brought my car in for hail damage and it took them 4 weeks to repair it. The 4 week duration was not made explicitly clear until we called them a day or so after dropping the car off. Through out the four weeks whenever I called them to ask how it was coming along I’d get a “we’ll call you later today” which really meant I’d have to call them again. On the day my car was supposed to be ready (I still had to call them and ask, they never contacted me first) they told me to come by at 5:00 pm which was 30min before they closed. I arrived at 4:45 but they essentially lied to me and said “the car was being washed down” and I ended up waiting around 90min to finally get my car. The interior was filthy with dirt and dust and glue residue left on my gauges and my steering wheel was noticeably sticky. To their credit the paint job was really well done. The worst part was that they did not properly secure a piece of exterior plastic that runs the length of the roof of my car which meant I had to bring the car back, and even after this it still isn’t on right and I’ll be bringing this car back to them for a third time. They’ve been “working” on my car for a total of 5 weeks and still haven’t finished, completely inept.

Andrew was great! We needed some paint redone on our Mercedes Benz, and his team did a fantastic job on it. I liked how the office was clean and organized. The pricing was better than the other quotes we received, yet I didn't see any drop in the quality of work done. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my business back to this family shop.

I'm always skeptical when dealing with car repair, as there are a lot of shady people out there. City Paint and Body came recommended by two friends who have had good experiences in the past. After an accident, they were able to repair my car back to as good as new. I was pretty picky about it, but they never batted an eye. They even found and repaired damage that I initially missed. I honestly can't say enough good things about Andrew and his team. The did a fantastic job.
