This family business is the most honest establishment I know. I needed my door-handle fixed on my 2000 Mercury Mountaineer because I have a special needs son who I couldn’t get in and out comfortably.I went to three different businesses in the area and they wanted to charge me $150-$325 to make the repair that is with me buying the part. I went to Magnolia paint and body and the wife and and husband fixed my car and only asked for $20. Wow! where do you find honestly and character like that these days!!!

Fast and friendly service thanks for fixing my race car

This is the place I would recommend to anyone! Fast, extremely courteous service with genuine concern for your needs. This is how businesses should conduct themselves. I work down the road from them at Airline Vacuum, and we operate the same way. Cyndie was a true professional! When I get my wrecked truck repaired, I'm coming here!

Extremely disappointed with this place! They had my truck for almost a month and said it was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up, I noticed two things right away that were not ready and one of the workers even noticed another thing that was not fixed. No quality control at this place. They said they would all be fixed by the end of the day and to come back and pick it up. They were not fixed by the end of the day. I took off from work again and picked it up the following morning. The transmission started slipping on the way to work. I checked the transmission fluid and it was low so I bought two quarts and put it in myself and it was still not enough. The fluid had not been topped off when they replaced the radiator. Later in the month the truck bed shifted on the truck frame. Upon inspection I found that two of the four bolts that secure the bed to the truck frame were missing. The two that were there were half way in and half way out. This meant that the truck bed was less than 50% secured to the truck frame, which could have resulted in a tragic accident. I called and spoke to the shop manager and received a lot of backtalk and excuses. I decided to not take it back to Magnolia Paint and Body because of their repeated poor workmanship.I then got it repaired at a dealership, which together with time off from work again set me back approximately $1200 for doing business with Magnolia Paint and Body. I would not trust Magnolia Paint and Body to check the air pressure in my tires. No quality control at this place and they release unsafe vehicles to their customers, which is not safe for anyone!
