Went three times to this location in particular for exterior paint. The first time they didn't collect the sample correctly and made it seem like we were not seeing it right. The third time I brought them a much larger sample and the finally got it close. I've had no problems at other Sherman Williams just this one in particular.

Our neighborhood SW, sales guys are helpful, we usually linger, sit and look at paints and wallpapers.

The premium paint that I purchased was low in viscosity. I tried to return it but the assistant manager was not helpful and accused the contractors of adding water to the paint.

I am just sick and extremely disturbed and need feedback/response from store Mrg Austin Franklin on how SW intends to make me whole by restoring my 2016 stingray corvette (20,000 miles) to its previous General Motors factory condition before an incompetent store employee placed a box with cans(2) of oil paint (white) laying on their sides into my cargo hatch (black/black) where the paint spilled out of the can(s) and dripped all over the cargo area of my vehicle damaging the carpet, mat, speaker covers, vent covers and plastic molding.
