Jaime Walked off of two remodels. Mis managed money, his subs stole material, he didn’t pay subs even after taking my money. When things get bad and he could not finish job he said he was having family issues and needed to go stay in a mental hospital. Complete joke of a company and person who claims to be able to do the things he says he can do. Do your self a favor and stay away from this man and company. Call someone else and actually get your job completed.

When we first met Jaime, he told us he was a military veteran and former police officer. I was inclined to trust him based on these previous associations. DO NOT BE FOOLED. He owes my husband and I upwards of 35,000. We aren’t talking about walking off of a job with a couple thousand bucks, he literally owes us and multiple subs that he got to perform work tens of thousands of dollars. So even though we paid Jaime and he was suppose to pay the subs, because he didn’t, those subs have the option of putting a lien on our property because they weren’t paid. Jaime is a joke. Here is a list of jobs he performed incorrectly: -Hired people to install a new HVAC. At completion of home, it was not installed properly. This led to multiple visits from inspection office and the hiring of someone else to do the work appropriately. -Installed garage doors. Months later I got an invoice saying the doors were never paid for. -Plumbing was paid for twice because it wasn’t done properly the first time. -He hired a cabinet guy with a $7000 deposit. Cabinet guy never delivered on cabinets. -Electrical wiring completed improperly and another contractor had to be hired. Again, this led to multiplie visits from city inspectors. -On top of the money that he walked off the job with, he left us months behind on renovations and ended up having to complete the job on our own. He left both houses in such terrible condition that we had to beg other people to finish the jobs costing me more than his original bid. Do not trust this guy. And definitely DO NOT give him any money until whatever job he has said he will do is complete.
