CertaPro Painters of Fort Worth

Had them come in and paint the trim and remove all of the popcorn ceiling. Jon was very professional and the did a great job. Will defiantly hire them again.

To whom it may concern, While choosing painting a company, I made my decision to go with Certa Pro because of the multitude of good reviews other customers had posted about the work preformed. During the walk through with the sales rep I pointed out many areas of concern, most of which were nail imprints from where the sheetrock was originally hung. I was reassured by the Rep. that the areas of concern were minor and that I "will not be able to see them once the crew is finished". The sales rep. made me believe that these areas would vanish with new paint on them. During the write up of the work to be performed I did not notice any extra charges to be added for these particular areas since I was lead to believe that they were minor. I spoke with a few other companies during this time. I almost went with Southern Painters because I had great difficulty getting the sales rep to call me back from Certa Pro. In the end I bought the sales pitch for the Certa Pro rep. The crew arrived and went to work; I was impressed at the speed in which they moved. A few days later they were done. As my wife and I were moving in our furniture into the totally empty house, we turned the lights on and started to notice the lack of detail, sloppy paint lines, spill over onto our cabinets and every indention in the sheet rock remained. The sales rep never came by after the work was done for me to ask about the areas of concern. I called the Certa Pro location and left a message with the secretary. I never received a call back. I then called the main Certa Pro line and spoke with a very nice lady at a call center (I believe). She was very attentive and had the franchise location call me. The owner called and arrived at my house. He was very professional, but stated that the areas I pointed out were not writtren down, so I would have to pay extra to have them fixed. The other areas where there was spill over and some sloppy finish work, he stated that his crew would fix. I was told that they would contact me and set up a date to finish the warranty work. Nearly 4 months later I have never received a call. So I've started posting my experience on multiple user review websites: Google reviews, Yelp, Yahoo, and BBB. I wish I would have gone with another company.
