Wife took car in to repair damage to the front fender and rear fenders. Only rear fenders were repaired and front not done at all. Rear door molding finish was damaged due to their baking process on the back side and MAACO would not repair the damage even though the manger admitted it was due to their process. Now, the front fender was listed in preliminary quote but not a line item in the final signed job. So because we missed this under contract the work was not performed. So an industry "professional" typically only half fixes a car and will not make right their damage to my vehicle. Response to my request to have them repair their damage and front fender was the insinuation that we are looking to "get something for free". This review is specific to the MAACO in Pearland I35. The manager of this shop is a dirt bag. Never again.

Did really good job on replacing my trunk that had a dent in it, but my silver change was taken from my arm rest in my car took all my silver change and left all pennies

I recommend this store (or this company) for Auto repair ! I went to some of auto repair shops for estimation, and this store offered best repair proposal with lowest price, but shortest schedule.

The car was painted the wrong color completely, and the team there was in such a rush to paint it that they did not wrap the car adequately in any spots. Now my car is the wrong color and has blue paint all over the plastic places on the outside and inside.

BEWARE!!! If you read the bad reviews here, they are for a reason.. My son hired Maaco in Pearland to handle a full body paint job, repair holes in his door and place a new bumper. He met with Robert and was told this would take 5 days...... He took the truck in Oct.31 and didnt hear from Robert for over a week... When he was told the truck was ready for pick up it was almost 1 MONTH later..... My son went to pick up the truck finally, obviously my son checked out the truck before paying, when he got inside he noticed they broke his overhead compartment and left it in the seat!!! He showed Robert (the manager) and was told " it was like that when it was dropped off". I personally dropped off the truck for my son so I know for a fact it was NOT broke... Robert completely disregarded that they broke this and did not want to make the situation right. I told my son to call the police himself since Robert did not want to make this right.... In the end the police came and my son paid for the initial work done, but Robert was highly unprofessional and could have made this right but putting the truck back exactly how it was when it was dropped off, instead Robert chose to show poor quality customer service too lazy to make a the situation right. DO NOT GO HERE! Go elsewhere
